After trading for a few months, I upgraded to the Professional Account. The spreads are noticeably lower, and order execution remains fast even during periods of high market volatility. Customer support replied to my email within an hour and helped me complete the verification process without any issues.
The KYC verification process took longer than I expected. My documents were reviewed for almost a full day, and I was hoping to start trading much sooner. Once the verification was completed, everything worked fine.
I opened a Standard account to test the platform. The minimum deposit was reasonable, there are no trading commissions on this account, and the interface is very user-friendly. The built-in charts and economic calendar are useful for market analysis. So far, I’ve had a very positive experience.
The account managers are quite proactive and contacted me several times after I registered to suggest upgrading to a higher-tier account. While some traders may appreciate this, I would prefer fewer sales calls and communication only when I request assistance.
Opening the account was straightforward, but I was expecting some welcome bonus or promotional offer for new clients. The broker doesn’t provide any deposit bonuses, which makes it less attractive compared to some competitors.
How would you rate Nex Investment compared to other brokers?
It’s a fairly typical CFD broker with its own strengths and weaknesses. Having access to multiple markets through a single platform is convenient. On the downside, I’d like to see a demo account and faster bank withdrawals. As long as you review the trading conditions beforehand, there shouldn’t be any unpleasant surprises.
